Community Partnerships

We build strong partnerships with local businesses and organizations, giving students opportunities to practice real-world job skills in safe and supportive environments. These connections allow students to explore different career paths and gain authentic workplace experience.

Certifications and Training

Students may have opportunities to pursue industry-relevant certifications and skill-based training that support their individual career interests and post-secondary goals. Credential opportunities are selected based on student strengths, preferences, and readiness, and are intended to help learners build confidence, demonstrate competency, and increase access to future employment opportunities.

Employment Skills

Our program provides structured instruction in foundational workplace skills across a variety of settings. Students develop competencies related to safety, task completion, organization, customer interaction, and workplace communication.

We assess each student’s strengths, preferences, and interests and work to align employment exploration and training opportunities with their individual goals. Training may include hands-on experiences in service-based, retail, facility support, and community-oriented environments. Instruction is individualized and designed to build transferable skills that support long-term employment success.
