Bio
Danielle Damico brings deep experience and passion to her role as School Director at Vivos Academy. Before founding and leading Vivos, she served as the Executive Director of a private day school for neurodiverse students, where she guided school growth, program development, and student success across elementary and middle school.
Earlier in her career, Danielle worked as a vocational counselor and day program case manager, supporting teens and adults with autism and other learning differences as they transitioned into adulthood. She helped individuals build skills for employment, daily living, and meaningful participation in their communities. This work shaped her long-standing commitment to preparing students for real life beyond school and continues to inform her vision today.
Danielle’s leadership is grounded in compassion, high expectations, and truly individualized support. She believes every student deserves a program that recognizes their strengths, builds independence, and equips them with the skills they need to thrive at school, at home, and in the community. Vivos Academy was created from this belief, as a place where students are supported to grow, find their voice, and move toward adulthood with confidence, dignity, and purpose.
