Online Learning Tools

We integrate online programs with additional standards-aligned digital coursework platforms to provide personalized, adaptive instruction across all core subjects. These tools allow us to identify each student’s current performance level, monitor progress, and design instruction that targets individual learning needs. Our digital credit-bearing coursework options also support students in earning high school credits toward a standard diploma through standards-aligned, teacher-supported instruction.

Beyond the Core Curriculum

A supportive special education curriculum built for learning and independence.

Functional Life Skills Instruction – daily living, personal care, and home management.
Vocational Training – preparing for future employment and workplace readiness.
Community-Based Learning – practicing skills in real settings to promote independence and connection.

Our goal is not just academic success but preparing every student for life after high school with the skills, confidence, and resilience to thrive. Among special education high schools in Virginia, Vivos Academy stands out for preparing students to move confidently into adulthood with the skills and support they need to succeed.
